2. Enquiry & Booking Confirmation

An enquiry submitted through our website, WhatsApp, phone or other communication channels does not automatically confirm a booking.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after the journey details, vehicle, fare and applicable terms have been mutually agreed upon and confirmed by Anvi Tours.

3. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information including:

• Name and contact details

• Pickup and destination

• Travel dates

• Number of passengers

• Vehicle requirements

• Any special travel requirements

Incorrect information may affect vehicle availability, pricing or the smooth operation of the journey.

4. Fares & Additional Charges

The fare communicated by Anvi Tours will depend on the route, vehicle, journey type, travel dates and agreed travel requirements.

Where applicable, additional charges such as tolls, parking, state taxes, permits, entry fees or other route-specific charges may apply.

The applicable inclusions and exclusions will be communicated at the time of quotation or booking.

5. Vehicle & Driver

Anvi Tours will provide a suitable vehicle and chauffeur according to the confirmed booking.

The specific vehicle may be subject to availability. In circumstances where the originally discussed vehicle is unavailable, Anvi Tours may provide a suitable alternative after communicating with the customer.

6. Changes to a Journey

Customers should inform Anvi Tours as early as possible if there is any change in:

• Travel date

• Pickup location

• Destination

• Number of passengers

• Journey duration

• Vehicle requirement

Changes may affect vehicle availability and the applicable fare.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation requests can be made by contacting ANVI Tours directly. Cancellation charges and refund eligibility depend on the terms communicated and confirmed at the time of booking. For cancellation or refund assistance, please contact us using the contact details provided on our website.

8. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Travel times may be affected by traffic, road conditions, weather, government restrictions, vehicle breakdowns, route closures or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Anvi Tours will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in such situations, but cannot guarantee a particular arrival time where circumstances are outside its control.

9. Customer Responsibilities

10. Luggage & Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage during the journey.

Anvi Tours should be informed in advance about unusually large luggage or special equipment so that an appropriate vehicle can be arranged.

11. Payment

Payment terms, advance requirements and balance payment arrangements will be communicated to the customer before or at the time of booking.

Customers should retain payment confirmations or other relevant booking records.

12. Service Availability
